The WiCMC unified communications solution offers you advanced
unified messaging, voice mail and automated attendant
functionality, helping your organization become more responsive
than ever. Through its optional suite of unified messaging
and desktop call management applications, WiCMC provides
you with the most complete unified communications solution
available. The unified communications applications integrate
WiCMC with your LAN to give you control over live telephone
traffic and messages from your desktop PC. Designed to
work with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Novell GroupWise,
these applications allow you to access all your messages
from one familiar inbox. In addition, the View Call Plus
module lets you handle live telephone traffic from your
PC, and also works with the applications you use every
day, such as Outlook contact list or Access database.
A Foundation for the Future
The WiCMC solution provides a foundation for future growth
and customization. Built upon the Windows XPe platform,
WiCMC leverages the power, reliability and scalability
of the Microsoft operating system. By using the Windows-based
system administration console, WiCMC can be administered
from any PC on your LAN. This console is intuitively designed
and is accessible via an IP connection, making system
administrators more efficient when managing the WiCMC
system.

Power in
a Small package
The WiCMC is a card level unified communications system
that resides in the Coral IPx platform. Scalable from
4 to 23 ports, the WiCMC gives you the power of an enterprise
communication system without having to purchase an external
server, voice boards or additional hardware in the Coral
IPx.
PC-based
option with Fax
The
Coral Message Center is also available in a PC-based
solution. This product is referred to as "CMC
for Windows." Rather than residing directly
in the IPx Server, this system communicates via
an APL integration device. The PC option provides
a more flexible configuration of hardware interfaces,
including support for

| FaxMail,
Fax from the desktop and Fax on Demand. Fax options
require additional hardware. |
