The Coral Conference
Bridge Manager makes setting up a conference in advance
simple. The notifications and calendar integrations with
Microsoft Outlook are automatic. It has never been easier
to own your conferencing resources, and to use them as
much as you like. No more expensive "per-user"
and "per-minute" charges. Security is provided
through the use of six digit session codes.
Conference Bridge Manager is Windows-based application
that is pre-loaded on an integrated PC that resides directly
in your Coral IPx system. It can be licensed to manage
2 conference bridges, or 6 conference bridges.
Every Coral IPx system is equipped with conference bridge
facilities. These are virtual conference rooms that can
be accessed by dialing (or transferring a caller to) the
conference bridge number. The Coral IPx systems are designed
to allow you to customize how your conferencing facilities
are sized, and provide cost-effective growth by adding
additional conference resources. The popular Coral IPx
500 comes equipped with two 14-party conference bridges
with the ability to license additional 14-party conferences
without need for additional hardware.
