The Customer Service Representative for Tadiran Telecom Inc will be responsible for providing quality customer service to the both internal (fellow employees) and external customers (authorized business partners). In addition, a Customer Service representative will manage high call volume while maintaining customer satisfaction and processing orders in a timely fashion.

April 2006 - Sales Support Representative (SSR) - We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about playing a critical role on our Tadiran America Team. This individual must be a team player, and focused on achieving goals as a team. In the role of a Tadiran America Sales Support Representative, you will be a member of a small vastly skilled team. The position for is a full time position and is located in Port Washington, New York, at the Tadiran America Headquarters. You will be provided with the tools and training necessary to achieve the maximum levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Focus will be on answering configuration and program questions for Business Partners.
Coordinate sales efforts with designated Regional Sales Managers.
Assisting in the recruitment of new Business Partners.
Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Some travel may be required.

Required Skills: Previous customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and have outstanding collaborative skills Demonstrates strong problem solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ability to efficiently work with tight schedules in a fast paced environment. Experience in VoIP. A working knowledge of VoIP, related protocols, and standards welcomed. Knowledge of Networking - understanding and sensible application of technologies, protocols, TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, and IP routers. Knowledge of Telephony Applications The successful candidate will also acquire the need for knowing the question WHY?
