Pinchas Just - Senior Vice President
Pinchas Just has over forty years experience with Tadiran. During that time he has worked in a variety of roles including almost twenty years managing all activities in North and South America. In addition, Pinchas was responsible for setting up operation in China and currently manages Business Development in Central and South America.

Gabi Ayalon – Senior VP Engineering, R&D Worldwide
Gabi Ayalon Gabi joined Tadiran Telecom in 1992 after several years in the defense industry in a variety of engineering positions. He leads the development and technical services departments for Tadiran Telecom worldwide. Gabi spent his first five years with Tadiran in research and development in Israel, where he contributed to the design and development of ISDN, QSIG, and other trunk interfaces. In 1997 he moved to the US office, in 2000 became the Director of Engineering and in 2007 became Vice President of Research and Development for all Tadiran operations. Prior to Tadiran Telecom, Gabi was the founder of a start-up company that developed a general-purpose PC-based voice processing and distribution system. Gabi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Israel. He received his Master of Science degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

David Sopko - Vice President Tadiran Government and Enterprise Projects
David serves as General Manager of the Government Systems Division since 1995. David has steered the division to continual growth and innovation, helping to establish Tadiran as a global supplier of telecommunications solutions to the U.S. Government. His division also provides complete support for larger enterprise projects. David has 18 years experience working in the public and private sector where he gained an extensive background in government contracting, senior-level decision making, policy direction, and strategic business planning. Prior to taking the reins as general manager, David was the contract manager for the Government Systems Division, where he established Tadiran's policies and procedures for administration of government contracts. Previous to Tadiran, David served as procurement manager for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)'s healthcare acquisitions. David also has worked at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters and served twelve years in the United States Navy Aviation Supply Corps, where he worked on an extensive range of Aviation logistical support programs. David received his education at Central Michigan University. He is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) and Coalition for Government Procurement.

Pat Lennon - Vice President of Marketing
Pat leads marketing for Tadiran. He has focused his career in marketing software and telecommunications products that address the small and medium business market. With Key Voice Technologies, he was instrumental in bringing a fledgling telecommunications software developer from startup to a world-class market leader. He served in a variety of executive management roles with Comdial and Key Voice from 1993 to 2002 including VP of Marketing. At NetWise Technology and WebChili Inc., Patrick focused primarily in overseeing marketing communications and project management. He is a graduate of Ball State University (Muncie, IN) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Microcomputer Applications.

Leigh Bickell - Vice President of Finance
Leigh heads up all aspects of Finance and Accounting for Tadiran's US operations. She started with Tadiran in 2001 and was promoted to VP of Finance in 2007. Prior to Tadiran she had five years as Controller of Sutton Online/Global Capital Markets an online brokerage firm, where she was responsible for all functions of the Accounting. She assisted the President of Company in their IPO. She also has five years experience as Staff Accountant for DCA Food Industries. Leigh holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting

Lindsay Kintner - Vice President of Engineering and Field Support
Lindsay manages strategic, OEM relationships, and Composit sales in the Americas. Lindsay served in the U.S. Air Force after graduating high school. He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1980, working through the ranks from cable puller to sales engineer. His first exposure to Tadiran was in 1986 while working for a long-time Tadiran reseller. He joined Tadiran Telecom in 1994 as a Regional Sales Manager. He moved to Director of Product Management at Tadiran in 2000 and was promoted to Sr. Director of Product Marketing in 2002. Lindsay holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Barry Slyper – National Sales Manager
Barry has over twenty years experience in telecommunication sales management- training and managing sales teams. His familiarity of the reseller business model and his knowledge of the industry provide an excellent foundation for best positioning Tadiran’s sales activities. Barry has a Business Administration degree from Brooklyn College,
