Service Representative The Customer
Service Representative for Tadiran Telecom Inc. will be responsible
for providing quality customer service to the both internal (fellow
employees) and external customers (authorized business partners). In
addition, a Customer Service representative will manage high call volume
while maintaining customer satisfaction and processing orders in a
timely fashion. Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
o Order processing & Data entry
o Responds to customer requests and questions regarding order processing, inventory,
pricing as well as shipping information
o Analyzes and address customer concerns using established procedures
o Resolves problems, issues and concerns of authorized business partners
o May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials,
secondary sources or more senior staff such as Regional Sales Managers & Engineers
o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing alternative solutions on products
and services
o Gain and maintain product/service knowledge
Requirements:
o Good people skills
o Excellent communication & follow through
o Ability to work in a high energy environment
o Ambition, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
o Ability to multitask
o Good organizational skills
o Good problem solving skills Qualifications:
o 1+ years of customer service (Call Center) experience, preferably in Telecommunications
o Strong communications, problem-solving skills
o Computer proficiency in Windows 2000, MSOffice and web-based applications,
